Morrow Church Provides Thanksgiving Meals Through Family Promise

Last Monday, we delivered 30 Thanksgiving meal boxes to Family Promise of Essex County. Each box contained a $40 Shoprite gift card and 17 shelf-stable items. With remaining donated funds, we also purchased $1,125 in grocery gift cards that Family Promise can distribute to families in need of food resources. 

It takes a village to make service to our community happen. Whether you purchased items from the wishlist, made a financial donation, went shopping with the funds, helped to pack or deliver the boxes, you played a vital role in this ministry.
