Morrow Musical Theater Camp (MMTC) has announced its 2027 production: Newsies Jr. Camp runs August 9 to 15, 2027, offering a week of singing, dancing, acting and friendship, all built around MMTC’s long-standing practice of using theatre to give back to the community.
New this year: MMTC Mini Camp
For the first time, MMTC will offer a separate program for younger performers. Mini Camp is designed for children entering 1st through 3rd grade and gives them their own age-appropriate MMTC experience. The traditional camp continues for performers entering 4th through 8th grade.
Registration opens November 1, 2026
Families can register for both programs beginning November 1. Follow MMTC on Instagram or email mmtcdirector@gmail.com to get the registration link!
Charity partner coming soon
Each year, MMTC campers support a local or national organization through their production. The 2027 charity partner will be announced in the coming weeks.
Help spread the word
MMTC welcomes performers from across the community, not just the Morrow congregation. If you know a young performer who might enjoy musical theatre, please share this announcement with friends, neighbors, classmates and school communities.
